Port Melbourne has come a long way in the caffeine stakes in the two years since Spencer first cast his eyes upon it. It was probably inevitable that this city's lust for top quality espresso, macchiato and ristretto would rub off here. It's now difficult to get a bad coffee in any of the local cafes, but there is a premier league of five or so establishments who take the barrista's art to the fanatical level.
